Catering Policies

Your Catering Event Includes:

  • The menu you create, or that Chef Terrie creates for you.  All custom catering is quoted upon request.
  • Feel free to inquire about Country Club Market's specialized services, such as flower bouquets or special occasion cakes.



  • You must confirm your menu a minimum of one week prior to the event. Any changes to your menu after this date will result in a $50 change fee per item.
  • You must guarantee your guest count at least one week prior to the event. Any changes to your guarantee count after this date will result in a $50 fee per change.



  • Payment is due at the time of delivery, or partial payment prior to service.
  • Service fees will be applied where appropriate.  Total will include tax, if applicable, but not gratuity.
  • Payment may be made via check (to Country Club Market) or cash.  We do not accept payment via credit card at this time. 
  • There will be a $25 fee assessed for all returned checks.



  • A 7-day cancellation notice is required.  
  • After this deadline, no refund or credit will be issued.


Special Policies for Private Classes

  • The menu must be finalized a minimum of two weeks prior to the event. Menu choices or changes after this point are subject to a $100 fee per change.  
  • The guest guarantee date (number of participants attending) is required one week prior to the event.  Guest count changes after this deadline are subject to a $50.00 per person change fee.
